Radiant gerberas, wonderful flower gifts, and colorful bouquets leave our doors every day. As a Senior Logistics Employee, you are the link between sales and production. Of course, we want to get our flowers to our customers as quickly and fresh as possible, and that sometimes comes with challenges. To tackle these and ensure that the production process runs smoothly, you will have a daily start of the day meeting with the team leaders. This way, everyone knows what to do, and work can get done.
Together with our logistics team, you are responsible for ensuring that our flowers are sent out on time and with the right quality. You are a go-getter and know how to manage everything in collaboration with other departments.
This is what you will do
Manage and work alongside order pickers
Coordinate and check transport planning
Schedule, call off, and check procurement
Check incoming and outgoing goods and ensure quality
Order, check, and process pallets, crates, and boxes administratively
Be the go-to person for logistical questions from customers and colleagues
Your workday ends when all the flowers have been sent out
